6am to 6pm is standard hours rates for private transfers.

- Bookings less than 24-48 hours may have no availability. If you are coming to Port Douglas and Cairns and need airport transfers this peak season - please book immediately to secure available transfers.
6am to 6pm is standard hours rates for private transfers.
- Leaving Port Douglas last standard hours private transfer leaves at 5pm.
- Leaving Cairns Airport last standard hours private transfer leaves at 6pm.
- After hours service between 6pm and 6am is delivered as private transfer + $50 late night fee.
- Once booked and paid your price and your pick up on arrival into Cairns Airport is confirmed.
- We use white 2022 Hyundai iMax and white 2023 Kia Carnival for 1-5 pax transfers , Toyota HiAce for 6-13 pax transfers, Toyota Commuter, or similar vehicles according to passenger bookings.
- All prices are in AUD$ and include Australian 10% GST.

Child seats available for $15 one way / $30 return FFR = Front Facing Restraint; RFR = Rear Facing Restraint; B = Booster seat. Child seats are not compulsory and exempt in Queensland with when travelling on our 13-53 seat buses. All child seats are $15 each one way. This ensures your seats are installed for your arrival. There is no bags limit, but please do tell us when booking so we can allocate space. $20 charges apply for all oversize: Golf Bag / Fishing Gear / Portable Fridge / Guitar / Surfboard / Bike or Bike Bag / Keyboard Piano / Drum & other oversize. Prams, strollers and wheelchairs are oversize but these 3 items are carried at $0. |

Cancellation fees. See all T&Cs here Cancellations of return paid bookings more than 24 hours before travel is OK but attracts cancellation fee of $30 for one way private transfer, and $50 for return. Cancellation of any private transfer less than 24 hours before travel is $100 fee to cover the cost of the dedicated vehicle. COVID related refunds - 100% credit for 12 months or refund less cancel fees - your choice!
