Cairns Port Douglas Shuttle is a booking desk that helps our customers find the best value and best quality service for every enquiry.
  1. December 2025: If you have a new transfer enquiry, or need to request a cancellation, refund or change of details - email is the best way to send us details including flight times, flight numbers, passenger changes, child seats etc - see ​​Cancellation and Refund Summary - you will receive a quick turnaround on emails which we monitor constantly during business hours 9am to 5pm daily.
  2. ​Aim to book your transfer leaving 30 mins or more after your flight arrival. If flight delays or baggage delays cause you to miss your shuttle we will allocate you seats on the next service.
  3. ​​Seats in shared shuttle bus: All shuttles fully A/C with seat belts. We use Toyota HiAce Van (13 passengers max), Toyota Coaster (20 passengers max), or luxury 53 seater in periods of peak demand. For smaller family groups and private transfers we use Hyundai iMax and Kia Carnival (7 passengers max).
  4. Private charter, after hours or group transfers any time of day available - Limo, 1-5, 6-13, 14-20 or more per vehicle.
