We commenced issuing 100% credit vouchers in March 2020 and now after redelivering on many credit vouchers we outline below the process to rebook your transfers with your 100% credits.
We have found the majority of bookings using our 100% credit travel vouchers simply wish to advise new travel dates, new flight numbers and flight times with the majority of passengers, accommodation, contact details etc remaining the same.
Importantly this process maintains your existing booking reference.
This process avoids you needing to make a completely new booking and avoids you and us dealing with old and new booking references. This can become confusing when old emails are forwarded and combined with new booking numbers.

Hello. I have been trying to contact you about a refund. We were due to travel to Cairns on June 23 but due to Qld Govt restrictions could not come. I first emailed you on June 20 following the refund request instructions on your website. I have since emailed again and rung your contact number many times but no one ever answers. Can you please call or email me ASAP?

Thanks for your message Michelle and good to talk to you moments ago. As discussed not sure why no emails received but glad we have a plan. For anyone else reading we need BSB and account details to process any refund as we do no retain credit card details after processing payment. We look forward to welcoming more people up here when these border closures end one day ... PJ
